ATL is committed to providing a safe, secure, and welcoming experience for all riders through the efforts of our well-trained staff. To support this mission, we have established a Customer Code of Conduct that promotes rider safety and comfort, ensures proper use of transit services, protects our facilities and employees, supports fare compliance, and upholds equitable access for all.
- Food and Drinks: Only resealable plastic containers are allowed onboard.
- Audio Devices: Use headphones with music or gaming devices.
- Conversations: Keep voices low when speaking to others or on the phone.
- Storage: Use overhead or under-seat bins for carry-on items—please do not block seats.
- Priority Seating: Reserved for seniors, individuals with disabilities, and pregnant passengers
- Operator Safety: Avoid distracting the driver while the bus is moving.
- Courtesy: Be respectful to fellow passengers and operators.
- Fare Payment: Fare must be paid at the farebox—fare evasion is illegal.
- Service Animals: Only certified service animals are allowed onboard.
- End of Route: Exit the bus at the end of the route or when instructed by staff.
- No Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted onboard.
